Consultations and Quotations
All treatment recommendations and cost estimates are provided after a personal or online consultation with a licensed practitioner.
Any quotation issued prior to consultation is preliminary and subject to change.
Final pricing and medical suitability are confirmed only after proper medical assessment.
2. Appointments and Bookings
A confirmed appointment requires a P1,800 consultation fee, deductible from the total treatment cost (unless stated otherwise).
Surgical procedures require a 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of booking to secure your schedule.
Remaining balance must be settled prior to or on the day of the procedure.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeiture of the consultation fee or deposit.
For surgical procedures, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled procedure within 60 days, subject to clinic approval.
4. Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history and current health conditions prior to treatment. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.
5. Treatment Results
While we strive to deliver optimal results, individual outcomes vary depending on patient factors such as health status, age, and adherence to aftercare. No warranty or guarantee is made regarding the permanence or exact results of any aesthetic or surgical treatment.
6. Post-Treatment Care
Clients must follow all post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic.
Any concerns or complications should be reported immediately for timely management. Follow-up visits, if required, must be attended as part of aftercare.
7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
All patient records are handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
We ensure that all personal and medical data are stored securely and used only for legitimate clinical and administrative purposes.
8. Liability
The clinic and its staff shall not be held liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from

- Non-compliance with aftercare instructions
- External factors beyond the clinic's control
- Misrepresentation of medical history
In any case, liability shall not exceed the total cost paid by the client for the specific treatment in question.
9. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made via approved channels (cash, credit/debit card, GCash, PayPal, or bank transfer).
The clinic does not offer refunds for completed services, unless required by law or proven to involve negligence or malpractice.
Requests for refund or dispute resolution must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the concern.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably; otherwise, parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Muntinlupa City.
